It's a well organised, efficient, quick responding, caring and clean hospital. The staff are polite, helpful, friendly and patient. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks the hospital and the staff.

The main receptionist was rather lacking in charm or warmth. He took my CC details, and had me sign a form, and directed me upstairs.

I cannot recommend this service enough. From start to finish I was treated impeccably and the practitioner’s (Petra) attention for detail was exceptional getting to the route of my problem in record speed.

I’m so glad about Evolva Osteopathy. Arthur and Edric are great professionals. They are both working so well together with they four hands treatment so the results are exceptional. My knee has being hurting lot for a while, my GP gave me a pain killer and could not tell me what was causing this issue. Friendly and approachable staff.

All staff at Shirley Oaks are lovely. I felt looked after and cared for throughout, from reception staff booking appointments, through scans/blood tests etc to the day of the procedure- I stayed overnight and the nursing staff couldn’t do enough for me. The catering staff were also lovely. My anaesthetist met with me before and checked in with me after the procedure, he explained everything clearly and put me at ease- I had complete trust in him. Can’t fault the care I received from all.
