Dr Seth is warm and professional and he explains what he is doing and any observations or diagnosis in a clear and easy to follow manner.

Dr Brooke was friendly and very assuring. He took the time to explain my injury to me and help me understand how it could have happened and the treatment options available to me

I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

Super professional

I felt really comfortable and relaxed with Dr Seah. He explained everything very well in a manner which I understood! When I saw him I was in considerable pain and was really worried about going on a holiday to the States which involved a lot of walking. He was so good and arranged for everything to be actioned quickly including having a steroid injection. The result was like magic and I was able to walk pain free which meant I had a great holiday! At the moment my knee is still OK! I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Seah to anyone who wants a professional and first class service.

Dr Porter was superb, I attended Opus following a recommendation from a friend and have been blown away by the level of care I have received. I have a complex medical history and have seen various experts and Dr Porter was able to very quickly rationalise all of the information into a very clear plan.

I had an excellent experience. Dr Matteo Bernardotto was excellent. I found him to be highly professional and knowledgeable. He also has a great bedside manner. He was able to explain to me what his impressions were after listening to my history, then he did a thorough clinical examination and followed me up with the results. I felt extremely well looked after and informed along the way. I had been to other healthcare providers previously about the same symptoms and did not manage to find any help in reaching a diagnosis up until seeing Dr Bernardotto, so I am very grateful to Dr Bernardotto for his excellent knowledge and clinical skills. I am a GP and have found his work to be really superb. Very well done!
