Nice calm and beautiful environment

Very good hospital with attentive and helpful staff

No delays or backlog or extended waiting. Plenty of reception staff to service queues which makes a big difference in an efficient service. Clean and plenty of parking. I would have liked to see a better stocked play area for the young children (2 year old) as its very small. Maybe some books, a colouring table with colours and paper etc. Nothing extravagant just enough to keep little minds occupied.

Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital provides a very pleasant environment with high standards of cleanliness, all of the members of staff we spoke to were, happy to help and showed kindness to myself and my daughter.

A good experience

Cromwell Hospital was very efficient and kind in dealing with my child and the various tests he needed to have.

General feedback is very good. One thing I'd like to note is when my father was an inpatient, he had choice over his menu after having a stroke. My family was disappointed to see there was no moderating to stop him for example, having ice cream for dessert every meal, which based on his condition wasn't ideal.

Clean and bright rooms. Didn't wait at all and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The experience I had was 2nd to none.
