Dr. Swale was very kind to answer an extensive list of my questions and was incredibly helpful and informative and kind. She is our family dermatologist and I look forward to our next appointment.

The only point whch caused some confusion was that when she advised that I could return for an excision of the lesion on my back if it started itching again , she did not say at that point that she would send off for a biopsy. In the absence of that information my insurer initially refused to cover the cost. I decided to proceed anyway and then had to negotiate with my insurer to cover the cost of the excision and biopsy retrospectively.

Dr Sheth provided exceptional care and was always prompt and attentive with any concerns I had. He went over and above to ensure my treatment was a success.
