My experience with Orri has been fantastic. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel welcome. The entire team have been professional, accommodating and genuinely exceptional in the quality of care provided. The environment feels safe and very pro-recovery; I feel Orri have definitely been instrumental in enabling my recovery and allowing me to feel heard at every stage of my treatment. I’ve been especially impressed with how the staff have facilitated open dialogue and owned mistakes when they’ve been made. Without doubt, Orri has saved my life.

The team have been exceptional at meeting my needs, showing empathy and patience at all times. The environment and it’s surroundings are calming, tranquil and nurturing. I have felt safe at all times and the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure appropriate adjustments were made to help eliminate certain anxiety triggers for me. It is clear that the multidisciplinary approach has been exceptionally well designed to meet multifaceted, individual requirements. It demonstrates the high level of experience, skill and knowledge of all the professionals involved in delivering the varying therapies. I will forever hold the staff dear in my heart. I cannot recommend the team at Priory Ticehurst highly enough.

In general, I had a positive experience with Better. Majorly, I think this is thanks to the specialist I was going to (Charlie Goodchild). However it is worth noting that all administrative questions like booking, rebooking, insurance handling, sharing after session notes, training plan were done very well too. Also, the gym the clinic uses (Until) is really very good!
