In general, I had a positive experience with Better. Majorly, I think this is thanks to the specialist I was going to (Charlie Goodchild). However it is worth noting that all administrative questions like booking, rebooking, insurance handling, sharing after session notes, training plan were done very well too. Also, the gym the clinic uses (Until) is really very good!

I met Dr Jeczmien on the recommendation of my therapist who, on my third session, noted that she felt I had symptoms of Adult ADD. This was surprising to me and not something I had ever considered before. Aged 58, it was also not something I welcomed or information that I even felt I knew what to do with. It seemed to me the behaviours she noted were just normal human behaviour: disorganised, procrastating, unable to sustain good habits over time, impulsive, easily distracted but also able to hyper focus. Stuff I had always done and been annoyed with myself about, but surely just part of the human condition? I felt it would be good to get some clarity from an expert. I chose Dr Jeczmien because his practice is clearly expert in ADHD, but also because I felt his two step assessment process made sense: the first session for an initial evaluation of whether I had ADD, the second to assess further - but only if the first session indicated a likely diagnosis. I was pretty sure I would only need one session. I found Dr Jeczemien very insightful and direct in his approach (a good thing, in my book), and he also helped allay some of my concerns over the ADD label and what it signifies. Unfortunately he also found that I do indeed have it, and quite severely at that. Based on this initial experience, I have decided to pursue his clinic's holistic treatment plan as, based on my initial experience, I feel I will be in safe hands.

The place was very easy to be accessed by tube, like they recommended before. The attendance from the lady on the front desk was really good. The doctor was punctual with the schedule, very polite and welcomed. I felt "in the right place"

I had an excellent experience with Nelumbo Consultancy. The administrative staff members were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my interactions with them. I never encountered any difficulties when it came to booking or rescheduling appointments, even if I couldn't make it on the initially scheduled date. The process was seamless and hassle-free, making it incredibly convenient for me. I greatly appreciate the exceptional level of service provided by the clinic's administration team.

I cannot find anything negative to say about Kipapa, I found the overall experience beneficial.
