I have had experiences, predominantly over the phone and by email, with a number of Priory centres. I had my first and only experience with Harley Street, as of writing this, on Friday 29th October. I spoke to a lady by the name of Charlotte, who had called me up for a different reason to the one I was expecting. Despite this, she took at least 30 minutes out of her day to give me the best service I have ever had from a Priory institution to date. She genuinely cared about my experiences and wanted to ensure I got the help and support I needed. She asked all of the questions she could to assist me with finding the right therapist for me and the right treatment. This was a vastly different experience to other times I have called up Priory establishments and left with little to show for it. Charlotte was one of the highlights of my week and if she was qualified to offer therapy herself I think she would have been a really good match - she showed unmatched levels of compassion and care in our short time on the phone. Thank you so so so much.

This was a huge and life changing experience for me. I was very surprised by the strictness of the programme. I was on general patient care for 2 days and then changed to ATP. It was tailor made for the individual. The care and level of understanding of the nursing staff has been exemplary. This was in direct comparison to NHS care. There is a a holistic approach to care, all the staff from kitchen to nurses to therapists all knew our name which I found incredible.
