Lovely hospital and staff, however it was understaffed the day I attended, therefore wait times were over 30 minutes

I was able to start rTMS treatment for depression within one week of seeing the psychiatrist. The rTMS technician was very friendly and courteous. The treatment worked very well for me and I'd recommend it and Harley Priory

really nice building, location and facilities.

In general, I had a positive experience with Better. Majorly, I think this is thanks to the specialist I was going to (Charlie Goodchild). However it is worth noting that all administrative questions like booking, rebooking, insurance handling, sharing after session notes, training plan were done very well too. Also, the gym the clinic uses (Until) is really very good!

Lister is clean, friendly and efficient

Dr. Mahto's clinic is beautifully presented, and the on-site clerical staff are very attentive. It is impressive how such a large clinic space has been designed to feel rather comfortable and homely.

The surroundings were very nice, the room itself felt a little sparse and the furniture a bit strange - huge chairs were not very comfortable or perhaps most suited for a child.

Friendly efficient service

Top experience with one of the best Doctors I have ever been to. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend it enough
