Clean and friendly environment

The team have been exceptional at meeting my needs, showing empathy and patience at all times. The environment and it’s surroundings are calming, tranquil and nurturing. I have felt safe at all times and the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure appropriate adjustments were made to help eliminate certain anxiety triggers for me. It is clear that the multidisciplinary approach has been exceptionally well designed to meet multifaceted, individual requirements. It demonstrates the high level of experience, skill and knowledge of all the professionals involved in delivering the varying therapies. I will forever hold the staff dear in my heart. I cannot recommend the team at Priory Ticehurst highly enough.

I felt welcomed by all the staff and patients I not once felt unwelcome the meds was brought round on time always if I ever ad a problem there were more than happy to resolve it I didn't want to leave but most importantly they gave me my life bk can't thank them enough

Cannot fault my experience during my surgery, from meeting my consultant for the first who explained the procedure to me through to my follow up appointment weeks afterwards. My room was clean and private with lovely nurses that looked after me and first class food always served with a smile. My theatre team were brilliant and my anaesthetist was very reassuring and made sure I was comfortable and pain free after surgery.

I had an excellent experience at Priory, my first contacts and subsequent arrangement of appointments was very clear and smooth. Any questions I had were quickly cleared up by the consultants secretary. I was referred to therapy and waiting about 10 days for an appointment and had some CBT sessions which really helped. Overall really positive experience

I had an excellent experience with Nelumbo Consultancy. The administrative staff members were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my interactions with them. I never encountered any difficulties when it came to booking or rescheduling appointments, even if I couldn't make it on the initially scheduled date. The process was seamless and hassle-free, making it incredibly convenient for me. I greatly appreciate the exceptional level of service provided by the clinic's administration team.
