I have seen several therapists and Monika was by far the best that I have seen. She makes you feel so safe and supported on your therapy journey and I cannot recommend her enough. Throughout our time working together I was able to uncover and process a lot of deep feelings and trauma I did not know was even there. I have had other types of therapy in the past, but it was working with Monika and doing brainspotting that has helped me to finally heal on a deeper level.

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.

Frank is fantastic. Intelligent, insightful, empathic, kind and pragmatic. He has been of tremendous help to me.

She was very nice and pleasant but didn’t seem to have much experience or able to show the parents how able she is at a doctor. It was a very pleasant experience for our daughter though.

My lasting impression is this was the first time i've genuinely felt understood as a person. Tini struck the balance needed, she was kind, her explanations were clear, our conversations frank at times and very open. Tini is an excellent guide in what was the first experience of talking about autism with a professional.

My daughter said her session with Lucy was the best she had ever had. She was non-judgemental and she listened.
