Wonderful nursing and care but the rooms (mine) appeared a little dated or tired

The reception team were excellent in every way. Helpful and friendly, couldn't be faulted.

LIPS has been efficient, responsive and empathetic in getting my treatment organised and delivered from start to finish. When you are trying to manage pain, you need the support of a team 'in your corner' and I had that throughout my care. I am deeply grateful for the care that has led to my full recovery.

I'm writing this review to express my deep gratitude for the positive impact Dr. MEHAT has had on my life. Her compassion and understanding created a safe space for me to open up about my problems. Throughout our sessions, I felt truly heard and supported. Dr Mehat used a variety of techniques that were incredibly helpful. I noticed a significant improvement iN managing anxiety, coping with stress, building self-esteem. If you're looking for a psychologist who is not only knowledgeable but also kind and empathetic, I highly recommend Dr. MEHAT Her approach truly helps people move forward and make positive changes in their lives.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

The London General Practice are a great team. Based on my experiences, they are terrific in communication, flexible in accommodating our needs; and their facilities are immaculate, as well as being very comfortable with (what I imagine are) state-of-the art resources/ equipment.

I did the Well Woman Health check, allergy test and Dexa bone density scan. The staff were polite and professional. I am pleased that I was able to get answers about health issues I was concerned about.
