Mr Harley’s manner is friendly and professional. It was good to have a conversation with him to find out how I was following the fasciectomy. We discussed the procedure and the follow up care which had all gone so well. I really appreciated having the conversation with him.

Mr Young has an extremely courteous and reassuring manner. He explained the situation and different possibilities very calmly and clearly. His whole demeanor gave me great confidence in his abilities. Consultants can sometimes be condescending, which is not at all the case with Mr Young. The procedure itself went without a hitch. The result is hugely impressive - in a highly visible place (tip of my nose) the repair is unobtrusive just 2 months after the operation, with a great contour. I think that once the redness has faded completely, it will be very hard to spot that anything has happened at all. I would not hesitate both to recommend Mr Young to others and to go back to him if I ever needed a different intervention.

Mr Britto has been amazing from consultation to procedure. Always available to answer questions and queries and has been transparent every step of my journey. He is approachable, caring and clearly passionate about his field Being an individual who has panic attacks at the dentist, the Twilight sedation scared the hell out of me. Mr Britto assured me I would be fine annd I trusted him, and I’m so glad I did and not bottle out. This time yesterday I was 2 hours into my 4 hour procedure under twilight sedation. I was calm and relaxed - had no thought as to what was going on - felt very little and it felt like a feather on my face. I could talk )probably too much !) and today I have a new face. I’m not rich or famous but my face & chin had sagged after 2 years of personal grief and trauma - Today I have a new face, no pain just a bit of aching and mostly my self confidence restored - thanks to Mr Britto and his amazing team

I had a very good experience with Mr Harris and his team. I was quite anxious about the procedure but from my first consultation I knew I was in good hands. I was treated with sensitivity and kindness and every step of the way was thoroughly explained. The consultations never felt rushed, and all questions answered at length. The nursing team working alongside Mr Harris were incredible and made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. For me it was very important to find a surgeon who was not only an expert in their field but also a patient led compassionate practitioner. I am so happy to have found Mr Harris he was exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and grateful to Mr Harris for his excellent work.
