Dr Williams is an exceptional doctor. She has a kind and lovely manner, takes time to answer questions and explain issues. She gave me confidence right from the beginning. I met Dr Williams via a seminar on breast reconstruction that was organised by Maggie's at Charing Cross Hospital. I attended the seminar with the clear determination I would NOT have any reconstruction. Dr Williams didn't try to persuade me (nor the other attendees) which option to choose but she went through the pros and cons quite carefully. She also threw in some information about the use of prosthesis including some personal information about how her mother was always misplacing hers. That's just like me, I thought. I took an about-face decision and decided for reconstruction. The guidance I got from Dr Williams was comforting and thorough. On the day of my surgery, Dr Williams was also very kind to my family members waiting for news. The whole experience of surgery ended up being the best part of my treatment. I think back on it with satisfaction and smiles.

From the start of the consultation, Mr Yapa was very in tune with what I was looking for with my rhinoplasty offering reassurance and guidance of what he could achieve. It gave me the confidence to undergo the procedure, knowing that Mr Yapa had completely understood and that we were both on the same page as to the final outcome, which I am extremely pleased with.

My second surgery with Mr Roblin. He has gone above and beyond to give me a great improvement in my breast reconstruction following a mastectomy.

Mr Mackey explained the procedure beforehand and afterwards explained it was more complicated than he first thought as blood was mixed with the fluid within the hydrocele. Unfortunately after a few days the hydrocele started weeping pus and I also had excruciating pain in my upper left leg and left hip, The pus got worse and I had to go to Southend Hospital A&E via my GP on 21/3/24, and I was admitted to Southend hospital on that evening after waiting for 10 hours in A&E. I was given antibiotics for 11 days and kept in hospital for 4 nights, The wound is now clearing up, but I would like an explanation as to why, despite keeping the wound clean, it became infected,
