Onur was very caring and patient throughout my whole rhinoplasty journey . You can really tell he knows his stuff - showing diagrams of what he will do but explaining it in simple terms . He is someone who genuinely cares about making his patients happy. It was obvious how excited he got when he saw my confidence boost. He listens well, offers advice & gives reassurance when needed , and truly goes the extra mile. He’s an awesome surgeon and just a genuinely nice guy to be around!

Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.

During an arranged examination of my skin Mr. Kumar identified two small early signs of Basal Cell Carcinomas on my left cheek. At my request he very kindly agreed to remove these which he did within an hour of identifying them. I am most grateful to him for his professionalism and for his detailed explanation of the procedure for their removal. Mr. Kumar has previously carried out more extensive surgery on my face and I am delighted with the result. He is extremely conscientious and caring in the way that he has provided treatment for me.
