After going through a mastectomy and a failed implant through another surgeon, I came to see Mr Ramsey to try and find a solution for the long term. Mr Ramsey gave me the confidence and reassurance from our first meeting and I am pleased to say he delivered exceptional results - and surpassed my expectations. He is extremely calm and patient and he made the whole experience positive and focused on my wishes and getting me back to where I was before the diagnosis. During an arranged examination of my skin Mr. Kumar identified two small early signs of Basal Cell Carcinomas on my left cheek. At my request he very kindly agreed to remove these which he did within an hour of identifying them. I am most grateful to him for his professionalism and for his detailed explanation of the procedure for their removal. Mr. Kumar has previously carried out more extensive surgery on my face and I am delighted with the result. He is extremely conscientious and caring in the way that he has provided treatment for me.

I immediately felt comfortable during my consultation with Miss Hunter who took time in explaining everything and answering all my questions.
