Ground floor receptional…Welcoming. Professional. Efficient. Comfortable. CT scan waiting area… Dark. Foreboding. ‘Tense’. Uncomfortable.

Staff were efficient and friendly. The hospital is maintained to a high standard.

The main receptionist was rather lacking in charm or warmth. He took my CC details, and had me sign a form, and directed me upstairs.
