Nice calm and beautiful environment

The arrival and registration process was superb. The clinical teams were kind and compassionate and facilities outstanding.

I recently visited Luxmedica in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had with ease. My doctor, Dr Katarzyna Adamek, was amazing outstanding professional, taking the time to perform a thorough examination and communicate her findings in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon. I was particularly impressed with her patience and attention to detail during the breast ultrasound, as she explained everything she was doing and seeing on the screen. This level of transparency helped to keep me informed and prevent any undue stress or worry. Dr Adamek's approach was clearly patient-centric, and I am confident that I will return for future appointments. In fact, I have already recommended her services to my mother, who I am sure will receive the same excellent care that I did.

Very comprehensive hospital and top level service. All staff are very helpful and kind.

It’s a lovely hospital. Clean and efficient, I had blood tests there and some consultations and the operation and it was all excellent.

From the point of talking with Emma in reception about my medical situation and to her arranging for me to meet with the consultant Mr Abboudi a few days was extremely fast. The genuine care and attention I was given by Mr Abboudi throughout my treatment was nothing short of amazing, he is a truly wonderful Urologist. I am so grateful for the service and the speed at which it was provided with. Thank you so much.

The main problem was the delay in receiving my take home medication from the pharmacy. It had been ordered by 8am but did not arrive till 4pm. My daughter came to pick me up at 10.30am and had to wait with me till 4pm for the medication.
