Excellent in every way

Reception staff are abysmal by comparison. Face of the business. First Port of call. (And yet in 12 months you still employ , despite 3 complaints from me and I can not believe I'm the only one) the least professional friendly or welcoming people. You should all be sacked.

It's also clear that the hospital's commitment to patient care extends beyond the walls of the facility. The staff would have ensured that I had everything I needed to make a speedy recovery and provided me with the support and guidance you needed during this difficult time. I highly recommend The London Independent Hospital to anyone in need of medical care, and I'm glad to inform others that I had such a wonderful experience there.
