im a bit late in doing this review but i had radiotherapy at genesis Birmingham at the end of Feb and into March this year. it was wonderful having a driver collect me and my husband each day a Sutton Coldfield isn't close to where we live. All the staff we saw on site were friendly, welcoming and supportive. The centre itself whilst being a medical centre doesn't feel very medical so you can forget a little the reason you're there. I highly recommend genesis Birmingham.

The appointment was handled in a professional but friendly manner with all the tests explained clearly with checks throughout that I was comfortable and happy to continue. The results were carefully explained together with an action plan that was formulated.
