We consider ourselves absolutely lucky to have had Dr. Crespi treat our son. With our son displaying some rare symptoms, we met several well respected doctors, all of whom came well short in truly understanding and diagnosing our son, despite their best efforts. From our very first conversation with Dr. Crespi however, he showed a passion to understand and carefully consider his next steps so as to guide us properly. He suggested we do some additional tests because he suspected a rare disorder that if left untreated, could have serious consequences. He wasted no time in getting these tests done, and throughout the process kept us fully informed, calm and relaxed about what the next steps would be if in fact his hypothesis was correct. As it turned out, he was absolutely right in identifying a rare disorder that affects 1 in 100,000 people. He walked us through how it was fully manageable with various options to treat it so that our son would be able to get back to a healthy normal life. We put all of our trust in Dr. Crespi and in turn, he was with every step of the way until our son had received the appropriate treatment from the appropriate specialist that he found and who is now well on his way to a full recovery. Dr. Crespi did not care about day or night, weekday or weekend, as he knew that we were very stressed, and that our son was in discomfort. He knew that every hour that passed was one of discomfort for our son and so he fast tracked everything he could to get us the help and support we needed. When it was all done and our son was treated, he continued to inquire about our son and still does to this day. Lucky is the family that gets such a thoughtful, highly experienced, and result oriented doctor like Dr. Crespi working with them. We will be forever grateful for his support.

Dr Chin very quickly put my (slightly nervous) 6 year old daughter at ease with his relaxed and fun approach to the consultation. He took a detailed history and examined her whilst singing and chatting to distract her. Our daughter had been prescribed inhalers for cough variant asthma by the GP and they hadn’t particularly helped. Dr Chin suggested a different potential diagnosis and treatment which so far has hugely improved her symptoms. I mentioned our appointment with Dr Chin to a consultant surgeon friend who had actually worked with him in a previous NHS trust (small world!) and said he was a genius and absolutely exceptional. We would highly recommend Dr Chin. We feel relieved and reassured by the initial consultation and confident in the plan he has put in place for follow up.

Attention to detail, compassionate and individualised are some of the stand-out qualities that define the care delivered by Dr. Menakaya. I was referred to him a few weeks prior to the delivery of my daughter during a pregnancy which was considered high risk. His warm, gentle nature quickly put me at ease! He was both attentive and responsive to my concerns and I felt that my experiences and expectations were held in high regard. My husband and I were engaged at every level of decision-making, which resulted in the development of a care plan that reflected our unique circumstances and expectations. He closely followed us up after our baby was born and he has always been available for a quick phone consult which made the first few weeks of parenting a lot less terrifying! It is particularly very comforting to access in-office appointments as needed in the midst of a pandemic. Baby's growth and development is closely tracked, her vaccinations are on schedule and we always get nifty parenting tips and tricks that actually work! We have had a seamless care experience and we intend to keep him on as our family paediatrician. I cannot recommend Dr. Menakaya enough!

I really enjoyed his extensive knowledge and answers to my questions

I had a very positive experience with Dr Shivamurthy. Being a medical professional myself there have been occasions with other clinicians where my concerns were either dismissed or I wasn't listened to. This appointment was very different, he was attentive, very thorough and spent time understanding what my concerns where. He established a very good rapport with my son which made the whole experience much easier for him. I would highly recommend Dr Shivamurthy to anyone who might've felt they have been dismissed as a 'worried parent' in the past, as he really does listen and makes you feel confident in his advice and reassurance. I would also like to note that his secretary Nicole has gone over and above to make the booking process easy and fit us in at short notice.

Dr El Rifai was extremely patient with my son during the consultation and took the time to ensure he understood what was happening in an age appropriate way, putting him at ease. She was very detailed and efficient in dealing with his medical problem. Her knowledge and bed side manner is excellent.
