Excelente atendimento ao cliente. As atendentes são muito atenciosas e resolvem as questões muito rapidamente. Dr. Nathália, cardiologista é muito profissional, atenciosa e simpática, sempre pronta para ouvir atentamente às dúvidas.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Some of staff can be a bit nonchalant;but overall good I guess they have a lot of different patients (not all patient ) and that can be a challenge

The hospital is a nice and clean place. I feel as if it is a good hospital to visit for my healthcare..

Bodyclinic is very clean and friendly. Everyone greats you and I always feel welcome and comfortable. I’ve been using bodyclinic for about 3 years now.

Looks grubby and in need of renovation

All staff at Shirley Oaks are lovely. I felt looked after and cared for throughout, from reception staff booking appointments, through scans/blood tests etc to the day of the procedure- I stayed overnight and the nursing staff couldn’t do enough for me. The catering staff were also lovely. My anaesthetist met with me before and checked in with me after the procedure, he explained everything clearly and put me at ease- I had complete trust in him. Can’t fault the care I received from all.
