You can tell the difference straight away from NHS hospitals, in particular the childrens area was lovely and clean.

You feel welcome and at home from reception through to the day of discharge. All staff introduced themselves and were very professional.

I particularly liked Dr MacLaren in the way he conducted the assessment, taking time to listen and offering, what to me sounded like pertinent and very useful advice.
