We were referred to a pediatrician after receiving different advice from a number of GPs. Dr Ray was extremely good with our 2 and 1/2 month baby. She also explained the issues in lay person terms to me and my partner. She was very patient and appreciated that points are difficult to take in when your baby is crying in the background (baby was hungry) so was happy to repeat herself. She was also happy for us to reach out to her prior to next follow up if we had any concerns about baby.

Dr Gabani is one of the finest doctors which we have consulted for our children. He is extremely approachable and friendly with kids. We don’t look at any other doctor fpr our children apart from Dr Gabani and would sincerely recommend him for all the pediatric consultations.

Dr Sood was warm and friendly and had a caring attitude with my daughter as well as my partner and I. He made us relaxed in his manner and also with his explanations of the tests he was carrying out. He offered thorough explanation of the diagnosis and next steps.

I was very happy with Emanuela She attended us in such a nice way, explaining eveeything. Definetely I would recommend.

I had a very good experience with Dr Neeraj. He consulted my son and explained everything to me in detail, I had no conscience in the field, he presented a sketch of a heart made by hand just to understand very well what the problem is. I felt that I was talking more with a friend than with a Doctor. he also helped me with clear instructions during the consultation period.

Unfortunately, I'd not rate Dr Vadamalayan highly. My child and I were in and out in 10 minutes and I felt that he didn't listened to me much or took any notice of what I was telling him, even before we left the room he was checking his phone. Even my child commented " that was quick mummy, it took us 25 mins to get here and only a few mins to see the doctor!" Despite telling the doctor that my child did not suffer from constipation he prescribed tablets for a colonic transit study so my child had to take tablets for 3 consecutive days and on day 4 an x-ray of abdomen was done. He called us a couple of days after the x-ray, he didn't even have the results and asked us to tell him once again what our concerns were which I thought he'd have had noted down during our initial consultation. He then called a few days later to tell me that he had found the x-ray results and there was no sign of the tablets somy child did pass them and didn't have constipation which I had told him already. The only thing he could suggest was giving my child laxatives to make my child have diarrhea and clear out the intestines which again was unnecessary as the reason for our visit was to find out why my child throws up occasionally while feeling absolutely fine and well, without any sign or symptoms of any illness. My child did not suffer from constipation. I told him at the consultation that it could of course be psychological but I wanted to rule out any physiological problems and focusing on constipation was not helpful. Having had to pay the excess on our health insurance and other bills I'm very unsatisfied.
