He is a very nice doctor. However, your Imaging department is below any expectation. I am still waiting to have the X-ray and MRI done. They have lost the papers and never contacted me. It is all private. Appalling and unprofessional.

He explained the condition and the options available to me, listened to my concerns and ultimately put my mind at ease. I loved the diagrams he drew and how he pointed out the problem on the MRI scan. I came away feeling that really knew what was happening inside my body and what I needed to do to get back on track.
