I have known Mr Atkinson since 2016 and always found him to be very professional and approachable. He has performed total replacement surgery on both my knees and hips and I am extremely pleased with the outcome of these four procedures and my subsequent recovery on each occasion. Prior to my surgeries I was in considerable pain and my mobility was severely restricted, but I now feel that Mr Atkinson’s expertise in his particular field has enabled me to once again resume my favourite activities ie walking and travelling, and I will always be grateful to him for this.

I highly recommend Mr Chandrashekar. He was professional, very competent and empathetic. I was looked after very well by him and his team and happy with the results of my surgery (plantar plate repair and bunion correction).

I could not recommend Mr Mokawem enough after the treatment and care he has given me for my scoliosis. Every appointment we had, we are always approached with a reassuring and calm manner, and feeling fully informed on our possible options. We were meant to go ahead with surgery, yet after the Multi-Disciplinary Meeting took place, we were told that in my current position, they should not operate until further investigation had taken place. This just shows how incredible this team is, willing to postpone the surgery as something was not quite adding up. However, after thorough investigation, the surgery went ahead. He always left me choice throughout this process, listing all of the benefits and drawbacks of each stage. I was operated on at the RNOH, and almost every day, Mr Mokawem would come and see me. On around day 3, he came in and asked me if I wanted to stand and go for a short walk. I didn’t as this was one of the days I felt the most sore, but after some time chatting with him, he reassured me and supported me to push myself. I could not be more grateful for Mr Mokawem and his team’s care, and would highly recommend him to anyone! He has been hugely reassuring both to me and my parents.

Mr Kumar, is very experienced and professional. He was immediately able to diagnose my injury and recommend the correct care to help me get better including a referral to a very good physiotherapist which worked, I saw results within weeks.
