Very calming man. Listened to my concerns and put my mind at rest with his explanation and reassurance I would be well cared for.

Mr Smith was warm and welcoming, able to listen (which sounds simple but you'd be surprised how many can't), discussed the issues and options available, and quickly came up with a plan which I was happy to follow

At consultation Mr Moss was very professional in his manner but also reassuring about the operation. I felt very confident and prepared, trusting his years of practice. After the operation Mr Moss showed me my new hip on the computer screen. He was very engaging at every juncture with my questions. Thanks to Mr Moss and his superb medical interventions I am pain free again.

I cannot fault my experience, very thorough investigation, quickly seen,very informative about the procedure. Friendly approach, made sure I understood everything and gave me the opportunity to ask questions.
