Mr Vivek Gulati was very nice - he asked a number of questions to get as much information as possible and was quick to explain his thoughts in detail. He also did some physical tests that helped proved his explanation around his diagnosis.

He explained the treatment and any side effects and was very supportive of my accessing the treatment via the NHS.
