My experience was really good I felt I was very well looked after by my doctor and the nurses

The clinic was very good at responding to my requests, questions and booking appointments. The staff, nurses and anaesthetists were wonderful. The only drawback is recovery facilities are quite cramped post surgery.

Excellent pre operation. Post operation follow up by the team was a little more erratic and required me to chase for help/explanations (particularly on rehab but also to clarify a few contradictory instructions) on occasion.

A very efficient and friendly environment. Responsive nursing staff. Edible hosipital food!

Excellent staff. Looked after me so well for day surgery

I can’t fault the phlebotomists and how stark the contrast in the experience is to when he’s had blood tests in NHS hospitals. I would pay double the cost for that experience after having PTSD and by baby scarring from NHS experiences. I will definitely come back to The Portland if he needs further blood tests.
