After thorough research, I chose to see Mr Jayaram for a second opinion regarding a BCC on my lip - a complex and delicate area. Mr Jayaram was warm and welcoming, calming and reassuring. I was anxious having had the diagnosis and Mr Jayaram explained my options. I had made my decision within minutes of meeting Mr Jayaram but he advised me to think about my final decision, no rushing from his side. Having had the surgery, I can't thank Mr Jayaram enough. He's a magician! The most important aspect is that Mr Jayaram removed all of the skin cancer cells in one go - what a relief. Secondly, the scar and lip area, movement etc. is healing incredibly well considering how much Mr Jayaram had to remove. I feel so lucky to have had Mr Jayaram as my consultant in an unlucky situation. He is a delightful man and knows skin like no other! Thank you.

I met Mr Bhatti in the clinic twice and he was very informative and helpful with explaining the steps of the procedure and also gave sufficient information on the duration and care during the healing period.
