She takes the time to explain the full information and does not make one feel uncomfortable in any way shape or form. During the operation she was very caring ensuring that I was not in any discomfort or distress at any point of my visit. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of meeting her and the reason for me returning was 100% down to how I was made to feel the first time I ever had met Miss Vilaro.
