I waited nearly 2.5 hours to see my consultant. I lost a work day and This is not acceptable in a private clinic.

All staff from reception through to the clinical team and the consultant were friendly, welcoming and professional. They truly care about the patient as an individual and are very supportive and understanding.

Before the operation, I had continuous pain but but after the consultation with Dr Jagwant Singh I was recommended by him to have a very surgery done. It was in a very difficult and out of reach place in my right shoulder but Dr jagwant singh successfully operated on me. It’s almost a year and a half now. After some Physiotherapy I am completely recovered and working as normal. Thank you Dr Jagwant and the staff of London independent hospital.

What can I say! I came across OCL Vision searching through Trust Pilot searching for laser clinics, OCL was at the top of the list and so I contacted them for consultation. I was a complicated case to say the least, with hyperopic eyesight, I even know the technical jargon now, with a weak left eye, it was a huge task and I am so grateful they decided to take me on. I visited two clinics, Elstree, which is now like a little family, where me and my husband raid the coffee and biscuits on every visit, have a lovely chat with the reception staff, and swiftly get my checks done. I had my actual laser surgery in London OCL, just behind Oxford Street, which is much the same, bright, clean, and welcoming. I had to have a second surgery, at no further cost, due to my weak eye not healing as well, it was another swift process. Masara was my main eye doctor, she made every effort to gain as much knowledge as she could from professionals all over the world on the best course of treatment for my left eye, and low and behold it worked. I am forever grateful to the team, after 26 years of vision over a +5 I can now go swimming without having to worry about tripping over, I don't have to fight my glasses to put mascara on, and most importantly I don't have to scrab around to to find my glasses in the morning just to see what time it is! If you decide to go with OCL you are in safe hands, they wont give you false hope, and will explain every step of the process in a way you can understand along the way. Thanks again OCL team.

The nurse team are incredible , looks after me amazingly, helped me get up and get walking after surgery. Really went above and beyond for me and I know I’m not an easy person to be around sometime but they was amazing.
