Very professional and understanding

I had laser eye surgery (LASIK) with Mr El Housseini. Every stage of my care, from the initial consultation to discharge, was excellent. Superb professionalism and great kindness from him. I would highly recommend Mr El Housseini to friends and family.

I am relatively young to have cataracts and have always been scared of the optician especially the puffy puffer eye pressure machine. I had to go private as I was too scared to wait. It was the best decision me and my family made. Mr Kasmiya was so kind, gentle and patient with me. He explained everything to me in a kind manner and was clear as to what to expect. He never made me feel silly for being so scared of the operation and helped me throughout my time at the King Edward VII Hospital. His after care has been great no puffer machines! He has always been fair and honest in his diagnosis. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Kasmiya for any optical issues you may have concerns with. I am currently saving for my next eye operation which I know will be as great as the first.

Stacey Strong was very reassuring, thorough and was able to swiftly identify that my father had the beginnings of a macular hole. She was able to explain what the next steps would be, which would involve an operation, and followed up with us afterwards to ensure my father was recovering well. I first met Dr Jain at the Royal Free where I was being seen because my eye was turning out. He was extremely helpful and understood what was happening.
