I had a very friendly and experienced young lady called Suheyla who spoke to me when I first contacted OCL. She went above and beyond to reassure me about the safety of Covid procedure and made sure that everyone dealing with me was wearing a mask due to my husband being in the very vulnerable group. The nurse Sumeira was lovely and so were all the nurses and optometrist who dealt with me. The presence of the air filters in areas used by a lot of people helped to know that everything safety was very important. I had a fantastic surgeon whose calming manner made the procedure stress free.
