Very satisfactory experience at the Cromwell Hospital. From the ICU to the ward, all staff is competent, kind, and caring. The room at the ward is very clean and comfortable, the food is excellent. The level of overall service received is top quality. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Wait time start to finish was +2 hours but as anticipated. The facilities were ok, but having visited other private facilities I felt this was abit sub-standard. Felt like regular NHS location but obviously paying a significant premium.

The reception, the consultant's secretary were effective and efficient. The consultant was easy to understand, to someone like me, who is not medical trained. He was polite and caring.

Overall we had good experience.

Whole experience was a very positive and excellent one.

Excellent pre operation. Post operation follow up by the team was a little more erratic and required me to chase for help/explanations (particularly on rehab but also to clarify a few contradictory instructions) on occasion.
