We are so happy we chose Dr. Duncan Birth for the birth of our firstborn. We were in search of a new doctor at 35 weeks pregnant after relocating to London following an international move. Dr. Duncan Birth accepted us immediately without hesitation to ensure we were properly cared for so late in the pregnancy. Dr. Duncan Birth made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease. We were provided an explanation for any questions we had throughout. There was minimal waiting time, whether waiting for my appointment or a response to an email. Dr. Duncan Birth made the whole experience seamless - from reading my medical notes following an appointment to the payment process. The support and expertise Dr. Duncan Birth provided from day 1 and throughout the pregnancy as well as after birth has been exceptional. I was attentively cared for every step of the way, which led to a great experience overall.

Staff, facilities and food all 1st class.

The clinic was very good at responding to my requests, questions and booking appointments. The staff, nurses and anaesthetists were wonderful. The only drawback is recovery facilities are quite cramped post surgery.

I had a double operation in Aug 2023 and currently in post-operative recovery under the care of surgeons, Dr Narendra Pisal and Dr John (Ian Jenkins, who are now both my super hero’s. Excellent in their field, always with the patients best interest at heart. Throughout a very difficult period for me, they have both been engaging, professional, companionate, caring with genuinely kind fun personalities which reflects throughout their teams and wonderful medical secretary’s. (Becky Jeffery). I’m pleased I made a decision to have my operation with London Gynaecology Clinic over my initial choice, OneWelbeck, because I’ve received highly skilled, outstanding quality of care throughout my experience. My family and I have been treated with utmost respect and was allowed more than average time to ask questions about my treatment and hospital stay, we never felt rushed. As an individual I was made to feel the centre of everyone’s care, with Nurses, pain medication and physiotherapist teams all working collaborative, demonstrating clarity of communication at each stage. The catering staff created attention to detail to all the meals provided during my stay which was an added bonus. Dr Narendra Pisal and Dr Ian Jenkins went over and above, coming to the ward on more than one occasion to check how I was after my operation which made me feel safe and reassured.
