I had a great experience with Apricity after being referred to them following a PCOS diagnosis. Unfortunately I wasn’t yet eligible for NHS treatment so we made the decision to go private; but I have no regrets! My main issue was that I wasn’t ovulating so I commenced ovulation induction with Apricity and fell pregnant after our 4th attempt. I liked the fact there there was an app where you could communicate with Apricity advisors who were always on hand and willing to help. They also coordinated all of my scans during the treatment and made sure I got all the medication I needed. I’m now 10 weeks pregnant and definitely wouldn’t be here now if it weren’t for the support we got from Apricity.

Overall the environment as you enter the building is good, a little bewildering not knowing which floor to go to. Receptionist very friendly although sent me to the wrong floor. Once I did get to the correct floor the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, the waiting area was clean and tidy. Could not say the same for visitors who were treating the furniture as if they were at home, feet on chairs etc . Sorry that is a pet hate of mine and first impression.

Dr Ayida has been my physician for many years and is great. She always takes the time to answer all my questions. Junell, who assists, Dr Ayida did a great job taking my blood sample (no small effort as I have small veins!) and Wilma took the time to walk me through my scans. Overall the whole team are friendly and helpful!

Great place

The clinic was very good at responding to my requests, questions and booking appointments. The staff, nurses and anaesthetists were wonderful. The only drawback is recovery facilities are quite cramped post surgery.

The Cromwell Hospital is a modern, clean and welcoming hospital which makes going for surgery and the recovery the best experience possible.

The nurses and sonographer (Liz) have been great. They have responded to my enquiries very quickly.
