The staff were exceptional, I honestly cannot fault them! They were so attentive, friendly, warm and welcoming and they eased my nerves a lot. I'm so happy me and my partner found this clinic, I've had a wonderful experience so far!

HCA Golders Green is another credit to the brand. The staff are friendly, the clinic is immaculately clean and they run a tight ship with their scheduling.

I had a double operation in Aug 2023 and currently in post-operative recovery under the care of surgeons, Dr Narendra Pisal and Dr John (Ian Jenkins, who are now both my super hero’s. Excellent in their field, always with the patients best interest at heart. Throughout a very difficult period for me, they have both been engaging, professional, companionate, caring with genuinely kind fun personalities which reflects throughout their teams and wonderful medical secretary’s. (Becky Jeffery). I’m pleased I made a decision to have my operation with London Gynaecology Clinic over my initial choice, OneWelbeck, because I’ve received highly skilled, outstanding quality of care throughout my experience. My family and I have been treated with utmost respect and was allowed more than average time to ask questions about my treatment and hospital stay, we never felt rushed. As an individual I was made to feel the centre of everyone’s care, with Nurses, pain medication and physiotherapist teams all working collaborative, demonstrating clarity of communication at each stage. The catering staff created attention to detail to all the meals provided during my stay which was an added bonus. Dr Narendra Pisal and Dr Ian Jenkins went over and above, coming to the ward on more than one occasion to check how I was after my operation which made me feel safe and reassured. A huge heartfelt thank you to everyone who was involved in my care between 21st and 25th August ( Delmy Funes, Regy Ruth, Ben, Nanny Mcphee). Lovely stay

The experience I had was 2nd to none.

I found all staff to be helpful and friendly. During the day and night following my operation staff helped immediately when I felt uncomfortable and nauseous. Would definately use Spire Hartswood again if the need arose.

Fantastic team - Lorraine & Milly were awesome, got my bloods first attempt - this is the first time this had happened . Usually the nurses have a few attempts before they get some blood. Brilliant work girls !! Xx
