Very busy. Some difficulty getting through on phone. I abandoned several attempts at making a call regarding appointments.

Friendly and efficient

I was given a warm welcome and had everything explained. I used the bathrooms and all were spotless.

From the moment I was greeted at reception, I felt at ease in a calm, clean and efficient environment. There was a slight hiccup with one of my appointments but this was rectified. mistakes happen, it's how they are handled that count. My consultant was very friendly and knowledgeable and always answered any questions or concerns I had about my procedure.
