admission was only 3 hours before you asked me to report to the ward. When I attended the ward in question, no one knew anything about my admission. I was eventually informed that I could check in at 3.00 as arranged for my bloods.When I arrived no one knew anything about taking bloods. They were taken about 4.30. The ward manager agreed I could be moved into a private room after my operation, which I was. On the whole ward staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast the following morning was a joke…..2 rounds of cold toast, butter and marmalade with a small carton of orange juice. Lunch was luke warm chinese, followed by ice cream. I had to chase staff for around 2 hours to get my discharge letter drawn up. Considering the experience cost me around £10,000, I doubt I would use the facility again.

I had the best experience (prenatal, labor, and postpartum care) with Dr Duncan. He was always reachable via text message and helped me through my pregnancy and thereafter. I had a very thick c-section scar from the last surgery at an NHS hospital, and Dr Duncan beautifully corrected that. Also, the post-surgery pain this time was incomparably manageable, and the recovery was seamless. Also, his assistant Colette is very organized and very quick in responding to emails and phone calls, which immensely helped me and made my experience positive.

I have found the experience thus far of Cura Body incredibly positive. The plan that Dr Wiltsher has suggested to help with my health issues makes so much sense and is easy to understand. I am constantly telling people about the practice.
