LIPS has been efficient, responsive and empathetic in getting my treatment organised and delivered from start to finish. When you are trying to manage pain, you need the support of a team 'in your corner' and I had that throughout my care. I am deeply grateful for the care that has led to my full recovery.

All staff at Shirley Oaks are lovely. I felt looked after and cared for throughout, from reception staff booking appointments, through scans/blood tests etc to the day of the procedure- I stayed overnight and the nursing staff couldn’t do enough for me. The catering staff were also lovely. My anaesthetist met with me before and checked in with me after the procedure, he explained everything clearly and put me at ease- I had complete trust in him. Can’t fault the care I received from all.

We had a great experience with the Evewell. It was the 3rd (and last) clinic we went to during our fertiity journey and we really appreciated how professional and helpful everyone was through the process.
