Haven't been taken full investigation. Still in pain and prescribed medication are not helping to solve my health problem. Diagnosis been made observed visually

Dr Mavrelos is kind, empathetic and a great listener. My husband and I lost our baby at a quite advanced stage of pregnancy. I cannot thank Dr Mavrelos enough for the excellent care he provided during this difficult time - he is empathetic, caring and compassionate. He performed my ERPC surgery and made me feel comfortable by understanding my concerns and addressing them. He always took time to call me and explain different options and their pros and cons. Dr Mavrelos is a doctor who truly cares for his patients and I am very grateful to him!

Dr Kunde possesses a calm disposition which is very reassuring to patients. He is extremely responsive and responds patiently to the many questions raised prior to delivery. He is clearly knowledgeable and experienced in his field, and I felt reassured to know that my c-section surgery will be carried out by him. The surgery itself was extremely quick and my recovery has been smooth.

I’ve just had my second C section under Dr Duncan’s care and I couldn’t fault him on anything. He was great throughout my pregnancies, during the operations and aftercare. I would highly recommend him.

I found her to be approachable, she explained the procedure in language that I could understand. She has a very easy manner that puts you at ease. I also found her to have a good sense of humour that I could relate too - in fact she made me laugh.

He was clear and concise with explaining what was going to happen, He made sure I understood exactly what was going on and was really considerate throughout. Communication was excellent at all times

Dr prashant is an amazing person with a great personality. He was professional and very assuring which made appointment sessions ,surgery and recovery period seamless as I got all the advise , help and treatment to fully recover quickly and fully . I will give a 100/100 and highly recommend !

He is too good, he is a good listener , pays attention to patients needs and he makes sure patients problems are resolved. Am always hopefull an encouraged when ever he attends to me .

I was genuinely blown away by the amazing experience I had as a patient of Mr Minas. From the very first contact, he was exceptionally responsive and helpful and he went above and beyond in making time to speak to me and assess my scans within a very short space of time, in spite of his existing commitments. It is not easy to find a Consultant who has such a high level of clinical expertise and experience who is also an exceptional communicator and genuinely patient-centred. Mr Minas had a laser-focussed ability to pick up on, retain and respond to every tiny detail I gave him of my clinical history, taking the time to give me very thorough, considered responses to my many questions and concerns. I felt as though every minute of the consultation was worth 100 times the value of any other medical appointment I have ever had as he seemed genuinely interested in helping me gain a more detailed understanding of each of the surgical aspects I was asking about and it felt like a much more collaborative process, where he talked to me like an equal and helped me weigh up key decisions I needed to make in an objective way, without pressuring me in any particular direction. I learned more from that one conversation than I have cumulatively from 2 years of gynae appointments elsewhere. He then worked overtime to review my NHS MRI images with his radiologist very urgently and provided the most detailed, thorough and clinically useful scan report and letter I have ever seen. Having his expertise on Endometriosis in particular was a massive bonus, as this equipped me with key specialist information which my NHS team were not able to provide and Mr Minas' radiologist picked up on vital details which had not been noted in my NHS scan report. Having a really comprehensive clinical letter was invaluable - it meant that I didn't forget key information Mr Minas had given me and it was incredibly useful for my NHS surgery team. On a personal level, Mr Minas was extremely personable and kind. He clearly has a brilliant mind and for someone with his level of knowledge and incisiveness, he is refreshingly down to earth in his manner and he is able to explain high level clinical information in an accessible way without ever being patronising or dumbing things down. The fact that Mr Minas went to all this effort for a patient who already had their surgery scheduled with the NHS said everything to me. I cannot recommend Mr Minas highly enough and I wish there were more consultants/surgeons out there who approached things like him and his team.
