Dr Velauthar is very friendly, patient, and thorough. She answered all my questions carefully and made me feel at ease. I have been with similar Gynae problems to two other Gynaecologist but with simple treatment and advice my condition is now much better and feel confident that I received the best care. There’s nothing like feeling safe in one of your most vulnerable moments. Mr. Seni was so warm, professional and calm every step of the way. I would do my next delivery with him and recommend that anyone considering a consultant-led delivery does it with him.

My husband and I came to the lister clinic for a fit for fertility test, nerve-racking to say the least. We met with Dr Benjamin Jones for our consultation to discuss the results of our tests. He is incredible.At no point did we feel rushed or that we couldn't ask hundreds of questions and he took the time to educate us both on topics we didn't have knowledge on. He advised, he helped us plan and feel so confident about our future fertility. Genuinely, We are so grateful to have had an appointment with him. Talking about fertility, PCOS or anything of this nature is such a vunerable thing to do and we truly discussed everything with a true professional.

I’m not exaggerating by saying that Dr Chawla single-handedly made my last weeks of pregnancy and c-section delivery feel calm and controlled. She’s a grounding presence, kind, sensitive and empathic throughout what can be an overwhelming experience. She knows how to really listen with sincerity and makes a point of knowing her patients and their background in depth, and is always available to talk things through. She even held my hand while I was getting my spinal bock, something she knew I was particularly scared of. I can barely put into words how grateful I am to Shalini for being such a wonderful human being but first and foremost she is a formidable professional, taking pride in her job, never letting it be a routine and making sure every details is always impeccable. Her skill and communication during the operation always made me feel safe and confident, and rightly so, the procedure was a success, the scar perfectly tidy and I’m on my feet and confident about my healing process just days later. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Absolutely wonderful lady, kind, compassionate, interested, totally put me at ease. Ms Ramineni explained everything every step of the way giving me total confidence in her. My symptoms were ongoing but she reassured me every time even with the last resort being hysterectomy. At this point she found me an excellent surgeon who also worked out of my chosen hospital who also went out of his way to accommodate me. Excellent care all round.

Mr Mohammad Masood was the second consultant I met at London Spire East hospital through my private medical insurance as I wasn't satisfied or getting any treatment from my initial consultant. Mr Masood took time to discuss my options, draw diagrams to explain processes, explained risks and advantages and gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision for me. The subtotal hysterectomy I had to resolve severe fibroid issues was performed amazingly, I healed well within the expected 6 week timeframe and everything has been smooth sailing without any pain or much discomfort since. Mr Masood has changed (and saved) my life and I appreciate everything that he has done for me. I recommend him fully from my experience and interactions. He fully understood how I was suffering, was compassionate and empathic, and didn't disregard my women's health issues as my doctor and previous consultant had.
