Tina Lond-Caulk is a fully qualified Nutritionist, graduating with a BSc in Health Sciences and Nutrition from the University of Westminster (First Class Honours) in 2003.

Prior to her studies as a Nutritionist, Tina had over 10 years’ experience managing a health club before retraining. She was driven to study nutrition after meeting so many individuals struggling with chronic long-term ailments and obesity and wanting to do something to help manage their physical and psychological suffering.

She has personal experiences of the difference nutrition can make after one of her sons developed asthma and eczema symptoms at a very young age. Tina noticed food allergies caused her sons problems and he no longer required steroid treatment. As a result of her personal experiences, she is highly competent at helping children that have problems feeding or have nutritional related needs. Additionally, she has a particular interest in nutrition-related to women’s health, especially women who are trying to conceive, are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Tracey Randell is a Nutritional Therapist who established IBS Clinics in 2011. She is also one of a select group of nutritionists that are IFM Certified in the UK.

Her role involves investigating the root cause of digestive conditions. She then creates individually designed treatment plans for each patient, to address their issues and symptoms. Instead of just knowing the different diseases and administering drugs for treatment, she aims to understand how all the diseases are associated together so then she can restore balance in the whole body.

She has a burning passion for gut health, and as once said by Hippocrates ‘death begins in the colon’. In order to obtain good health, patients must be able to eat, detoxify and eliminate properly. She, therefore, focusses on the gut at first and then treats other additional problems.
