Prof Di Giovanni was excellent at my first meeting with him. For my follow-up appointment, the secretary had failed to put my appoinrment on the computer. So I wasted money on a taxi and time for a non-existent appointment. When I remade that appointment, Prof Di Giovanni was very informative and excellent, once again.
