Mr Bell had the ability to make me feel like we’d known each other for years, He immediately put my mind at rest that I was going to be taken care of, my issue could be resolved and I was going to be well taken care of. At no time did I feel pressured into making a decision but he was there to answer any and all questions that I may have.

This Doctor was absolutely amazing as my mother has seen plenty and he was the best by far. He explained the situation with great advice. I only wished he was her permanent Doctor. He even rang me one day (out of the blue) to see how I am - above and beyond what I expected.
