When I read the NTF newsletter about Queen Square starting focused ultrasound I did not dream that just five weeks later I would have the treatment. I took a week to ask for an assessment and was in London being interviewed, tested and scanned by a very friendly and encouraging team. I was very apprehensive on the morning of the treatment but soon got involved in the preparation and then the process with eventually realisation that it is working. It is hard to describe the treatment as other than interesting and exciting. The whole team were very supportive and encouraging - I couldn’t have wished for more. I have independence which wouldn’t have been possible before. I can now do anything that I wish using my right hand.

Very professional Like the fact that you can hang around in reception post consultation to compose yourself

Reception staff are abysmal by comparison. Face of the business. First Port of call. (And yet in 12 months you still employ , despite 3 complaints from me and I can not believe I'm the only one) the least professional friendly or welcoming people. You should all be sacked.

Overall I have had a very positive experience and I think Marta de Oliveria has been wonderful, both in character and in treating me. I have had a few issues with appointment bookings which I would not expect from this level of clinic, however the treatment I have received has more than made up for it.
