Complex Spine personnel were always efficient, friendly and helpful. Their help with dealing with my health insurance company was most appeciated.

Great hospital. Bit of a problem getting in to the hospital for the pre-op assessment as I only had a phone call to come in the day before and had no physical paperwork to show at the door as there was a queue for COVID checks asking why I was turning up at the hospital - having no paperwork being the problem but I mentioned Dr. Arvin and department of Neurosurgery and eventually I got in.

I was greeted by an excellent Receptionist (who had also helped me find the Hospital earlier over the phone). A very warm welcome indeed. I had to wait a while for my appointment but it was a very pleasant place to wait with all staff being very accommodating.
