Efficient hospital

When first walking in to spire London East, you can see that the hospital was clean. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much for them. I would recommend Spire London East to friends and family

Very well practiced and professional experience, for an hour long gamma knife I would have found it beneficial to have a bit more of a countdown, e.g to day half way through.

Able to park- though sometimes busy. Reception always manned, usually by two. They always know where to send you. Everyone is always friendly.

Very friendly staff, efficient and clean.

Easy to find in quiet location. Parking wasn’t a problem. Hospital small and cute. It had a homely feel.

I’ve nothing to compare with, but at no point in the pre-assessment, main appointment or process for being admitted as a day case for my operation was there anything I felt could be improved.
