I flew especially from Spain to consult with Mr Yoon .I had had 4 failed back operations in Spain in one year 2019/2020. I did some research and I favoured Mr Yoon . We zoomed twice . I had all relevant tests done and passed them on to your very competent Vlad . Arriving at the clinic Mr Yoon was up to speed on my problems. His obvious love of the job is apparent. He explained exactly how he thought he could help me and wanted to do a small procedure then and there to decipher where my acute pain was coming from. He treated us respectfully, not an any condescending manner , as many consultants do . Injections done and diagnosis made. I’ve since had another back operation, this time with Mr Yoon and his team

I wasn't able to book online. When choosing the inquiry form (only option available) no one ever got back to me. Still waiting for an appointment.

Stayed for one night after my operation. Was also seen by Mr. Andrews and nurses pre and post operation. Happy with the hospital, hope the level of service they provide will mot go down over time.

Suffering with increasing periods of deep intense pain in arms, shoulders, neck and face I contacted the London Spine Unit for a second opinion. I elected for the package of consultations and MRI scan all conducted in one visit. I was seen by Mr Akmal who diagnosed in detail the cause of my pain and showed me clearly on the MRI scan where the discs had collapsed causing a distortion on my spine. He laid out the various options for treatment, explaining carefully the pros and cons for each option. While the decision of which treatment to undertake was mine entirely, I was fully supported by Mr Akmal ensuring I understood not just the potential benefits but importantly the risks. I elected for surgery to replace/fuse the affected discs and this was undertaken as a day case. I cannot praise all the staff enough for their care, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The week following my surgery I was contacted every day to check on my status and ensure no issues had arisen. The surgery was a total success and I felt immediate relief from pain with some 3 weeks later virtually full resolution of all my issues as the nerves settled.
