The experience at the Shard was good but you have to complete an online registration for each appointment, it's not clear why they can't use your details from your previous visit.

Happy with my treatment at the hospital

Reception staff are abysmal by comparison. Face of the business. First Port of call. (And yet in 12 months you still employ , despite 3 complaints from me and I can not believe I'm the only one) the least professional friendly or welcoming people. You should all be sacked.

When I read the NTF newsletter about Queen Square starting focused ultrasound I did not dream that just five weeks later I would have the treatment. I took a week to ask for an assessment and was in London being interviewed, tested and scanned by a very friendly and encouraging team. I was very apprehensive on the morning of the treatment but soon got involved in the preparation and then the process with eventually realisation that it is working. It is hard to describe the treatment as other than interesting and exciting. The whole team were very supportive and encouraging - I couldn’t have wished for more. I have independence which wouldn’t have been possible before. I can now do anything that I wish using my right hand.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The facilities are really clean and nice. The food was also lovely. Janie was my nurse and really amazing.

Very professional, friendly, kind, caring staff. I would highly recommend London Neurosurgery Partnership.

The admin service was less responsive than I would have expected and didn't respond in some situations without me chasing.
